Logitech G513 Gaming Keyboard Keys Not Working, Lights Malfunctioning

I’m experiencing multiple issues with my Logitech G513 mechanical gaming keyboard. Some keys, like the M, Ö, and FN keys, are not working at all, and the lighting on certain keys is either off or displaying different colors than expected. Despite following all troubleshooting steps, nothing has resolved the issue. When I try to contact support, I’m stuck in an endless loop where I’m repeatedly asked for the serial number, and I’m unable to connect with a live representative. I have a defective product that is still under warranty, but I’m receiving no technical support. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
