Logitech Mouse Does Not Work From The Moment I Took It From The Box

I purchased a Logitech M185 mouse from Amazon two days ago, but the product has never worked properly. The mouse does not turn on at all, so I have been unable to use it from the moment I received it. I have tried to reach support but it has been impossible to get through to a real person, and I have not received any response regarding this problem. As a result, I am left with a completely unusable product just a short time after purchase. I request a full refund of the amount I paid for this Logitech M185 mouse, as it arrived defective and has never turned on or functioned as expected.
