Little Caesars Disastrous Pizza Delivery: Late, Cold, and Unapologetic Customer Service

Our family decided to order pizza, expecting a delivery time of 20-30 minutes. However, our order arrived after 1 hour and 15 minutes, and it was cold. Unfortunately, the kids fell asleep while waiting for the pizza. Throughout the 40-minute tracking period, it constantly showed the delivery en route. Finally, we called the branch, only to find out that the delivery person couldn't locate the address. I don't understand why they didn't bother to contact the customer during the 40 minutes. I contacted customer service to file a complaint, but they were so nonchalant about it, making it clear that they receive numerous complaints. Despite their website guaranteeing delivery within 30 minutes, they made no effort to rectify their mistake. The customer representatives were extremely unhelpful and uninterested. After providing such poor service and making customers unhappy, there's no point in attempting to make amends. I do not forgive them. What a disappointment.
