Papa John's Delivered Cold Pizza After 75 Minutes

I placed an order for three pizzas at 8:00 PM. Although the pizzas were ready on time, the delivery took 1 hour and 15 minutes, and they arrived cold. When I went to confront Papa John's in person, the delivery driver just smiled, and instead of offering an apology, the staff tried to justify the delay. I haven’t forgotten this, and I won’t.

Additionally, after 9:00 PM, I called 10 times from two different phones, but my calls were ignored. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I expect better from a brand like Papa John’s.
