Little Caesars Order Arrived Over an Hour Late and Food Was Cold
Last night, at 11:31 PM, I placed an order through Trendyol GO from the Little Caesars Mecidiyeköy branch for one large margherita pizza and a 1-liter drink. My order did not arrive until around 12:35 AM. During this time, I contacted a Trendyol GO customer service representative, but even though the representative tried to call the restaurant, the phone calls were not answered.
When the order finally arrived, the pizza was very cold and completely unfit to eat, so we had no choice but to throw it away without consuming it. Due to both the serious delivery delay and the poor condition of the food, I was clearly inconvenienced. The Trendyol GO order number for this purchase is 10893612701. Because of this negative experience, I am requesting a full refund for this order.
