Please Unban Litmatch

I am using Litmatch on an Android device from India and my device has been banned from accessing the app without any clear reason shown. I was suddenly unable to use Litmatch, and I did not receive any specific explanation or notification about what policy I allegedly violated. I contacted Litmatch support regarding this issue, but the responses I received did not clarify the reason for the ban or provide a solution, so I am still unable to use my account on this device. I kindly request that my situation be reviewed in detail, that I be informed clearly if there was any misunderstanding, and that my device be unbanned so I can use Litmatch again. If there is any alleged violation, I would like to know exactly what it is and to have the opportunity to correct it.
