My Litmatch account, which I used through the Android app and had been using for less than a month, was banned between the 21st and the 24th of July 2025 without any explanation. One day, when I tried to log in, I simply received a notice that I had been banned, with no justification or details about any alleged violation. Following the instructions on the app, I sent feedback two or three times stating that I believed the ban was a mistake, but I never received any response. I consider this situation unfair, as I was not informed of what happened and was not given any chance to clarify or defend myself. I request that my Litmatch account, linked to my email, be unlocked and fully restored, and that I be given a clear explanation of the reason or basis for this ban.
