Litmatch Support Has Not Responded to My Device Ban Complaint

I have been using Litmatch on my Android phone, and as of last night, I started receiving the following message when I try to log in: “The device u just logged on has been banned, pls log in with another device.” I have no access to my account from this device anymore, and I was not informed of any reason for this device ban. I have made in‑app purchases on Litmatch on this phone, including paid features, and now I cannot benefit from them because of the device restriction. After seeing the ban message, I contacted Litmatch support, but I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that the unnecessary device ban on my Android phone be removed and that my access to my Litmatch account and previously purchased features be fully restored. I would also like to be informed clearly about the reason for this ban and how to avoid such issues in the future.
