My Litmatch account was temporarily blocked without any clear reason being provided. Before the restriction, I received warnings within the app, but those warnings also did not include any specific explanation, so I couldn’t understand what rule I was supposed to have violated.
At the moment, my account is blocked and I’m unable to use the app. I haven’t received any information through support channels, nor was I told the duration of the block or given a clear reason for it. Because of this, I believe the action taken against my account is unfair.
