I have been using Litmatch on my Android phone in Indore, India, by logging in with my Facebook account. Around 10 days ago, my Litmatch account was suddenly banned and now the app only shows that it is banned and does not open my account. I did not receive any clear reason or explanation for this ban, and I have not made any purchases or subscriptions on this account. I believe my account was banned without any valid reason and this situation is very upsetting for me. I kindly request that my Litmatch account, which I access via my Facebook ID, be reviewed and unbanned, and that I be informed clearly about the reason for this ban if there is one.
