My Litmatch account registered under the email address Andrikama***@gmail.com was blocked on Thursday, February 5, 2026. In the notification I received, it was stated that I must wait until June 2, 2026. I am writing to formally request that this block be reviewed and lifted.
My account was blocked because I used the name of an animal in a chat message. I did not intend to insult, harass, or disturb anyone. I only mentioned an animal name and did not cause any other issues within the application. I believe the penalty imposed is excessively severe for this situation and does not accurately reflect my intent or behavior.
I have not previously submitted any report or appeal to Litmatch regarding this matter. I respectfully request that my account be reactivated without requiring me to wait until June 2, 2026, that the block and any related penalties be removed, and that my access and usage rights on Litmatch be fully restored. I also request a clear and detailed explanation of why this decision was made and that my account activity and conversation history be reviewed fairly. I am willing to provide any additional information needed so this issue can be resolved as soon as possible and I can continue using Litmatch normally.
