Litmatch Account Suddenly Banned, Support Fails to Respond

I am a user of the Litmatch application, and my account has been unfairly banned. My username is “hil.” On January 24, 2026, at approximately 2:21 PM, I suddenly lost access to my account and received a ban notification without any clear explanation for the reason. I want to clearly state that I did not commit any violations or engage in any inappropriate behavior while using Litmatch.
This ban has made it impossible for me to communicate with my partner through the application, which is extremely distressing because Litmatch is our primary means of communication. Immediately after the ban, I contacted Litmatch support via email to request clarification and reactivation of my account, but so far I have not received any response at all.
I feel seriously disadvantaged due to the lack of transparency regarding the reason for the ban and the complete absence of support. I kindly request that my Litmatch account with the username “hil” and BAN_ID 33907844 be promptly reviewed and reactivated, as I believe this ban was applied in error. I also request clear information about the reason for the ban so that I can understand it and avoid similar issues in the future.
