Litmatch Support Fails as User Challenges Wrongful Ban

Even though I did not violate Litmatch community guidelines in any way, my account was banned until January 14, 2026, for “Violation of Community Guidelines.” I only responded calmly and defensively to strange and disturbing messages I received in the app, and I did not use any insulting or profane language. Despite this, my account was banned, and the app shows my BAN_ID as 33658172.

I believe Litmatch made an incorrect judgment and banned me unfairly. Since I have seen that users often cannot get responses through the provided email address and other channels, I am trying to make my voice heard this way. I request that my account be reviewed in detail along with my message history, that this unfair ban be removed immediately, and that my account be reinstated right away.
