I purchased a promotional set of Listerine Cool Mint mouthwash, which included one large and one small bottle. I opened the small bottle and used it as directed. However, after just three uses, I started experiencing severe pain in my gums, forcing me to stop using the product immediately. Unfortunately, the pain hasn’t subsided, and I believe I’ll need to visit a dentist to address the issue. This is incredibly disappointing from such a reputable brand. A product marketed for oral health should not cause such harm. I expect Listerine to take responsibility for this problem and ensure their products are safe to use. Immediate action is needed to resolve this and prevent further harm to other customers.
