IKEA Sofa Sagging After 7 Months – Replacement Offer Incomplete

On October 19, 2024, I purchased a Parup sofa from IKEA’s website. Within just 7–8 months, the sofa began to sag. About 15 days ago, I opened a service request regarding this issue, and an inspector visited and confirmed that the product would be replaced.
However, today I was informed that since the Parup model is no longer sold, I was offered a different model called Saltsjöbaden. I was told that only the frame and cushions of this product would be provided under the replacement, without the cover.
I find it unacceptable and unfair that, for a product approved for replacement by the inspector, I am being offered only the frame and cushions instead of a complete, ready-to-use sofa.
I request a full replacement of my defective sofa with a complete product that is ready for use. I kindly ask that the replacement be carried out in accordance with the inspection report and that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
During the process I experienced with IKEA via Xolvie, my chair was completely replaced and the problem was resolved.
