Subway Customer Service Complaint – Order Delayed and Poor Staff Attitude
Today at around 1:14 p.m., I placed an online order with the Subway located at Perris Blvd and Ramona Expressway and received confirmation that my order would be ready at 1:15 p.m. When I arrived at the store at the promised time, my order was not ready. I asked the employee on duty about my order, and he told me that he was the only one there and that I would have to wait until he helped the customers behind me first. He then told me to sit down and wait, instead of prioritizing the online order that should already have been prepared. I found this behavior and attitude extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, especially since the order time was clearly given and I had arrived on time. This experience has made me very dissatisfied with this Subway branch. I tried calling Subway customer service to report the incident, but the automated system did not offer any option that fit my situation, so I was not able to file my complaint through that channel. I request that serious action be taken regarding the employee who treated me this way, up to and including termination of his employment, as I believe this behavior is unacceptable and harms customers’ trust in the brand.
