Hello,
My account was suspended about 2 hours after I changed my password to a very strong one, due to someone trying to access my account (I think). I was temporarily restricted by LinkedIn without any explanation. I have been waiting for days. I sent a picture of my ID card, but there was no response. I contacted LinkedIn Support via Twitter, but there was no reply. I created a support ticket with a backup account, but that backup account was also suspended. I haven't even sent a Connect request to anyone for weeks. I don't understand why an account that has been active for years would be restricted. I declare that I have not acted against LinkedIn policies and that I highly value LinkedIn policies. ❗All my academic work from the past 3 years, without any backup, was on my LinkedIn account. I had important messages about job interviews and projects on my account. I also used LinkedIn Premium for a long time. I find it hard to accept that this platform is so unresponsive. I want to regain access to my LinkedIn account. When I researched online, I saw that many people did not receive a response from LinkedIn support and could not access their "temporarily restricted" accounts for months. I have put a lot of effort into building this network on the LinkedIn platform. I have participated in countless academic studies, and there are so many that I don't think I can write an up-to-date and complete CV without my LinkedIn account. Please urgently restore my access to my account or send me an informative email about the situation as LinkedIn Customer Service. Such unprofessional behavior does not suit a platform as large as yours. There isn't even a customer service number we can contact. I have been waiting for days; please resolve my issue urgently.
Thank you for your time.
