Pre-paid LG Tv Not Delivered, Was Sold to Someone Else, Seller Lies
I had a terrible experience with LG Emar Trada branch, where I bought my TV. It's been 6 months, and I still haven't received my TV! They promised to keep it in their warehouses because of my marriage, and assured me they would install it within the requested period. But guess what? They sold my TV to someone else, even though I provided all the installation information 15 days prior. When I confronted them, they lied, saying my TV was broken. As if that wasn't enough, they gave me a lower model as a temporary replacement during the wait. They kept saying the model I purchased would arrive in 20 days, and they'd do the installation. But when I called in 2023, they told me the TV had arrived, but there was no shipment available. This is beyond frustrating! I want my issue to be resolved urgently, and I am so disappointed in this corporate brand. I'll never recommend it to anyone! My complaint might not seem like a big deal, but trust me, it could lead to the loss of many customers. This whole situation raises questions about the brand and the branch. An audit should be conducted, and they shouldn't take so long to deliver a TV that was paid for six months ago!
