LG TV Repair Process Follow-up Not Given, Customer Reps Not Attentive

the LG installation team came over for the Tv and they were all like, " we gotta document this product, dude." And then they asked me to send the report to the company so they could deliver a new washing machine. But, like, it's been 25 days and I still haven't heard anything back or gotten any follow-up. Also, been trying to reach them on the phone but they're not picking up, really annoyed with this situation...just had to complain about it. it would be awesome if you could help me out and connect me with the right team to sort out this problem or else I might just start screaming how bad your services are!! and also make sure the replacement process gets going.

I have a complaint about Evbazaravm. I bought a washing machine, LG came for the installation and wrote a report stating that the product needed to be replaced. I called and they told me to send the report and the pictures. I sent them, but now they are not sending the washing machine and they are not answering the phone. Why doesn't the government ban such companies and impose a 20 million TL fine?
