LG RC90V9EV2W Dryer 9 Kg Double Inverter Water Flow Problem


Hello We purchased an LG dryer with code RC90V9EV2W Dryer 9 kg Dual Inverter from your Gebze Center Store on 20.07.2023. After a while, the machine started to leak water from behind. We requested service on 15.01.2024, less than 6 months later, and they came and inspected the product. They called back today saying it was user error and 6 months had passed. First of all, the Product; * We made a request within 6 months before the 6-month deadline. * It is not possible for the user to do the bottom of the back of the machine. This Service may occur during transportation to us or after leaving the factory. Your service representative, Anıt Elektronik, comes back saying that you have rubbed the machine on the ground and this is the reason for the malfunction, then tries to come out on top and demands money from me for the repair. As you can see from the video, even the foam is still on it, we did not move an inch from where the service installed it. My wife is pregnant and I need a dryer. Did we make a mistake by trusting you? I paid a lot of money for your product, but now the result is disappointing. First of all, this attitude of yours is not befitting of LG company. When I bought this machine, I paid 2 times more than similar machines in the market and bought this machine with confidence in its quality. I am suffering right now. I request the replacement of the machine.
