LG Wants to Charge for Setup

I was thrilled to buy the LG GN-H702HLHU refrigerator seven months ago. The sales representative assured me that the warranty would not begin until I opened the box, giving me peace of mind. However, as time passed, I began to encounter disappointing surprises. After six months of use, I was greeted with an unexpected installation fee. It was never mentioned during the initial purchase, and I was left feeling duped and frustrated. This type of behavior is not seen in other reputable companies, leading me to question LG's integrity. I kindly contacted LG, expressing my concerns and requesting a quick resolution. Unfortunately, their response has been slow and insufficient.
