LG TV Picture Quality Dropped After Update
Following the most recent software update, the picture quality of our LG TV has significantly deteriorated, and we are unable to watch it normally. After I contacted customer service, they suggested that I get it checked out by a technician, but they want me to pay for the service even though the issue appears to be related to a software update. It is very disheartening to witness a large company like LG being so unresponsive to its customers. I won't be returning to LG for any future purchases.
