I’ve been using my LG LED TV since September, and about three weeks ago, I noticed a serious light bleed issue on the screen. I immediately contacted customer service, and they arranged a service visit. When the technician arrived, I showed them clear photos and videos of the issue. They said they’d speak with the company and get back to me.
I also followed up through WhatsApp with LG’s customer support. Their response? That light bleeding is “normal” for LED screens. That’s unacceptable—this is not a minor glow or expected level of light. The photos I provided clearly show a visible, distracting bleed that ruins the viewing experience, especially in dark scenes.
They sent another technician appointment request, but no one has shown up since. It’s been weeks, and I still haven’t received a solution or even a proper inspection. Why advertise premium picture quality if these obvious defects are brushed off as “normal”?
LG, I want an immediate technician visit and a written explanation of whether this panel is faulty or not. If it is, I expect a free replacement. I paid over ₺ for a quality screen—not one that glows around the edges and gets ignored when I complain.
