LG Turkey Leaving Its Customers to Despair

24

LG leaves its customers in despair. No help or guidance is provided. I cannot use the portable hard disk I bought from LG because its cable is broken. Will all those years' worth of family videos and pictures, which are more valuable than money, be trash now? I called LG headquarters. I received the answer, "We have stopped importing this device now, there is nothing we can do." It's hard not to go crazy. Why should your customer suffer just because you stopped importing this device? Why did you leave technical service? The device that we bought after paying a lot of money for it because we trusted the brand and said it was LG, is now causing inestimable moral damage to me, thanks to LG. If you offered millions, how would you compensate for my children's birth videos, albums of their growth stages, and all these precious memories?
