LG Delivered Me a Damaged Washing Machine - Refused to Repair or Replace It

Do not buy LG products or recommend them to anyone. They did not stand behind the defective product I received. Although the packaging was completely intact, the washing machine arrived damaged and they didn’t even attempt to repair it. I contacted their customer service multiple times, but they either redirected me or closed the case without any explanation. I even sent photos showing the damage, yet they still refused to take any responsibility. It’s clear that they’re more focused on avoiding accountability than solving customer problems. I’ve never seen a brand so indifferent and unwilling to take responsibility for its own product. The item was clearly delivered in a damaged condition.
