LG Does Not RepairMy Washing Machine Within The Official Warranty Period

LG I bought about 3 years ago. The washing machine was taken back before it could be used because it was defective, and the new machine was sent and installed 2 months later. I was told that the warranty period starts with the installation of the new machine. Now my machine has malfunctioned and they say that they started my warranty period with the invoice they sold me the first machine. Not only did they send me a defective product and left me without a machine for 2 months, but they also made me suffer by giving an incomplete warranty by adding the 2-month period in which I did not use the machine to my 3-year warranty period, which I am entitled to. Stay away from LG, which I already regret buying. The customer representative ends the call in my face by saying you can complain wherever you want. They already arranged it in such a way that it broke down twice before the warranty was about to expire. They also make a false impression by writing a 10-year warranty on the machine. Everything from LG is a lie. Until everything sells. Stay away.
