LG F4V9BCP2EE Washer-Dryer Refund Delayed Despite Consumer Arbitration Ruling
I purchased the LG F4V9BCP2EE washer-dryer, but due to its significant issues, I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and won the case. Despite this ruling and the expiration of the legal deadline, LG has not refunded my money. Instead, they have improperly sent emails to the committee to delay the process, leaving me waiting for over a week.
The product's faulty mainboard software causes errors in spin control and overheating during drying cycles, leading to loud and inefficient operation. This was confirmed in the expert report, which deemed the machine a defective product and recommended a refund.
LG, this behavior is unacceptable for a brand I once trusted. I will proceed with legal enforcement if the refund is not processed immediately. This experience has permanently damaged my trust, and I will no longer recommend LG products to anyone.
