LG Air Conditioner Installation Damage

My LG air conditioner was installed, and the product either sustained damage during installation or arrived damaged right out of the box. The damage appeared to be inflicted during installation, as the product itself was damaged. After the installation was completed, pictures were taken to show that everything was installed correctly. However, two days later, I noticed that the corner where the fuse was supposed to be installed was open. This issue wasn't present on the other side. I contacted the installation team and explained that it was damaged, but they insisted that I had caused the damage. Despite my assurance that I hadn't even touched the air conditioner, they were adamant about blaming me. I also reached out to LG customer service, and both the installation team and LG claimed it was a problem-free installation. They allege that I caused the damage and even say they have pictures as evidence. However, since the damage is in a corner where the open area isn't visible in the pictures, and it's not evident after assembly, I find it unjust that they're accusing me of damaging the air conditioner that I haven't even opened yet.
