LG Washing Machine Front Panel Rust Issue Not Resolved Under Warranty

The front panel of my LG washing machine has developed rust, and when I reported the issue, the service team requested photos of the damage. Without even inspecting the machine in person, they claimed the rust was caused by user error and refused to visit my home.
Customer service sided with the service team, stating that chemical use caused the problem. However, the service team provided a different explanation, blaming excessive detergent use and overflow from inside the machine. These conflicting reasons are unconvincing, and I firmly believe this issue is a manufacturing defect.
I have used washing machines for years and have never experienced such a problem. How could water even reach the front panel in the first place? The photos clearly show the defect is not user-related. I am extremely dissatisfied with LG’s customer service and warranty support. I demand an immediate resolution, either through repair or replacement.
