LG 65-Inch OLED TV Has a Warped Panel, Denied Service Due to Delivery Form

I purchased an LG 65-inch OLED TV, and the box arrived in clean condition. Installation was completed, but since the room was empty at the time, I didn’t use the TV much during the first 2-3 weeks. When I started watching it, I noticed that the bottom corners of the panel were bent, resembling a curved TV.
I contacted customer service, and after consulting with the central office, they refused to acknowledge the defect, citing the "damage-free delivery" form I signed. However, the defect is clearly visible in the photos, and it must have been present when delivered. Even the timeline can be verified with the furniture delivery dates from the store.
This issue is unacceptable for such a high-end product. LG, I demand a proper resolution, either repair or replacement, as this defect is not my fault and should be covered.
