Lenovo LP1 Left Earbud Not Charging Properly

I am using a Lenovo LP1 Bluetooth earbud, and despite having sufficient charge, the left earbud suddenly beeps and stops working while listening to music, as if the battery has drained. When I place it in the charging case, the blue light does not turn on, indicating that it's not charging properly. If I press down slightly, it starts charging, but once removed from the case, the issue repeats.

This is extremely frustrating as the right earbud works fine. Is this a charging case issue or a hardware defect? I need a fix for this problem immediately. Lenovo, please provide a solution—whether it’s a reset method or a replacement.
