I recently purchased a Lenovo LOQ 15IRH8 - Type 82XV laptop, and it’s already having issues with charging. Normally, a white light would appear while charging, but now it shows a red light and charges much slower than before. When I unplug the charger, the light returns to its normal color, but the issue persists whenever it’s connected.
I’m unsure why this is happening and need an explanation and solution. This is a brand-new laptop, and I expected it to function properly. Lenovo, please help me resolve this problem and restore the charging indicator and speed to normal. I rely on this device daily, so I need this issue addressed urgently. Thank you.
