Lenovo Wireless Mouse Shuts Down Laptop When USB Plugged In
I purchased a Lenovo laptop and wireless mouse just one month ago, but I’m facing an issue with the mouse. When I plug the mouse USB into the laptop, the laptop shuts down instantly. The mouse light stays on when the USB is not connected, but as soon as I plug it in, the light goes out, and the mouse stops working. This is not a battery issue, and considering it’s only been a month, I’m seeking support to resolve this problem. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
