In February and March 2024, I purchased a total of 24 Lenovo QE03 Bluetooth Neckband earphones from Carrefour’s online store. Since I travel frequently and exercise often, I had previously used this product and was satisfied, so I decided to buy them in bulk. However, when I gifted one to my nephew, it did not work at all, even after unboxing and charging it. After testing other boxes, I discovered that 5 brand-new, unused earphones were also not working. I also have 4 more units that are still sealed. I have all the invoices and warranty documents for these products. I noticed the problem in April 2024 and have been seeking a solution for about 5 months. I emailed Carrefour, but they only told me to “contact Lenovo” and provided no further support. I also could not find any information on how or who to contact at Lenovo. I am requesting that the faulty earphones be repaired or, if possible, replaced, and I would like my grievance to be resolved.
