My Lenovo USB-C 65W Charger Shows an X on Battery Icon but I Can’t Return It

Hello, I purchased a Lenovo USB-C 65W AC Charger on September 28, 2024. Over the past month, I've been experiencing a strange and frustrating issue: when the charger is plugged in, a red “X” appears on the battery icon, as if the device isn’t charging properly. The moment I unplug it, the X disappears. This suggests the problem lies with the charger itself—not the laptop.
Naturally, I tried to initiate a return request, but the Lenovo system throws an error saying “small product not found” and cancels the return process. This is ridiculous. I paid for a genuine Lenovo product and now can’t even return it for inspection or replacement due to a technicality in the system.
This needs to be resolved immediately. I expect Lenovo to honor the return and warranty process, and either replace or refund this faulty charger. Customers shouldn’t have to fight the system just to report a defective item. Please take responsibility and assist without delay.
