Lenovo Ideapad 5 Laptop Gets Extremely Hot

It has been about 3 months since I bought my Lenovo Ideapad 5 laptop. Since the day I bought it, it has been constantly running at high volume, but that didn't bother me. However, from the moment I bought it, even if I open a movie, the laptop gets extremely hot. As a content creator on Youtube.com, whenever I try to edit videos, the laptop freezes unnecessarily. While I was exporting a video from Capcut, the screen suddenly went blank. The charging light is on even though it is plugged in. No matter what I did, I couldn't get the laptop to work. Since it is the holiday season, if I send it to the service center, I will have to wait for at least 1 month, and I don't have much hope from the service center as I think they will claim it as a customer error and demand additional charges. I bought this laptop with high hopes for its quality. It didn't even have any games installed on it. I would appreciate it if you could help me.
