In September 2022, I purchased the Lenovo Ideapad 3 15IML05 model from Media Markt. Despite the fact that I have never mishandled the laptop, subjected it to impact, or used the HDMI port, the HDMI port near the keyboard has cracked. This incident has shaken my faith in the reputable Lenovo brand. Furthermore, my laptop has recently been experiencing frequent lagging and overheating, which is concerning given that I have only had it for 10 months. I urgently request that Lenovo inspect my laptop and resolve the cracked HDMI port as well as the performance issues. This unexpected hardware problem, as well as the drop in performance, have hampered my productivity and overall satisfaction with the product. As a loyal Lenovo customer, I am hopeful that these issues will be resolved quickly and that my faith in their products will be restored.
