Lenovo's Poor Service Refused to Replace Defective Keyboard and Charger





I sent my Lenovo Idea Gaming 3 device to the Lenovo technical service in its original box, carefully placing it in the foam inserts, due to a keyboard issue with crackling sound. Lenovo dismissed it as a flaw and returned the device as it was. However, the charger arrived in a damaged condition. The part that connects to the computer was crushed, despite my efforts to handle it with care. To make matters worse, the technical service provider, BDH, has shown no interest in responding for the past 10 days, using "inspection" as an excuse. I anticipate that when they finally do respond, they will likely make baseless claims such as not recording any damage during transit. Upon receiving the package, I inspected it for any general damages or scratches, but the box appeared intact. It seems like the cable's end was intentionally crushed. I will never purchase or recommend Lenovo again. I demand immediate resolution by replacing the charger and addressing my grievances.
