I Face Partial Refund Issue on Lefties Order 90071162688

On October 2, 2025, I sent a return package containing six items to Lefties’ online store, and it was received on October 4, 2025. The refund was issued, but instead of the expected ₺4,490 ($140), I only received ₺3,540 ($111) — meaning ₺950 ($29) was missing.

My order number is 90071162688, and my return reference number is 4004836300. It appears that five of the six returned items were refunded, but the bootcut pants (Ref. 0592*******38) were not included in the refund. There is no indication in my account or order history that this return was rejected or refused.

I tried contacting Lefties customer service, but since there is no phone number, I could only reach out via email—and I have not received any response. I paid for my order using a bank card.

I request that the remaining refund amount for the missing item be credited to my account immediately, and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
