I Face Quality Issues With Three Lee Cooper T-Shirts After Minimal Use

On April 22, I purchased three Lee Cooper T-shirts from the Boyner store in Adıyaman. Approximately one week after purchasing them, I washed the shirts for the first time. However, after this initial wash, all three T-shirts noticeably shrank, and the bottom hems became wavy and distorted, creating an uneven appearance. Given how quickly these issues appeared, I do not believe they were caused by normal use or customer error.
As a result, I returned the T-shirts to the Boyner store in Adıyaman and requested an exchange. After the inspection process was completed, I was simply informed that my claim had been rejected. No explanation, technical assessment, or detailed reason for the rejection was provided. The products were returned to me in the same condition without any meaningful response regarding the quality issues I reported.
I feel unfairly treated due to both the poor quality of the products and the lack of transparency during the inspection process. The fact that all three T-shirts developed the same problems after their very first wash strongly suggests a manufacturing or material defect rather than misuse.
I request that the products be reexamined, this time with a clear and detailed explanation of the findings. In addition, considering that all three T-shirts shrank and lost their proper shape after the first wash, I am requesting a full refund for all three items. I have my receipt and all relevant documentation available and can provide them if necessary.
