I Discovered a Manufacturing Defect in My Lee Cooper Rowan Men’s Jacket

Approximately two years ago, I purchased a Lee Cooper Rowan Men’s Jacket (Model: 201 LCM 232004 5201, Khaki, Size L) from the Boyner Ankara Ankamall store. From the very first time I wore the jacket, I noticed that the internal insulation filling was not distributed evenly throughout the garment. Over time, the filling material began to gather in certain areas while leaving significant empty spots in others. This uneven distribution has noticeably reduced both the jacket’s thermal insulation performance and overall comfort.
Due to a demanding work schedule, I was unable to take the product in for inspection earlier. However, the problem has existed since the beginning and did not develop as a result of wear and tear. For that reason, I believe the issue stems from a manufacturing or quality defect rather than any misuse on my part. Although I no longer have the original receipt and a considerable amount of time has passed since the purchase, I believe this issue should be evaluated as a latent defect because it has been present from the first use of the product.
I request that the jacket be inspected for a possible manufacturing defect related to the insulation filling and construction quality. Based on the outcome of that review, I am seeking a refund of the purchase price and a fair resolution to the inconvenience I have experienced.
