Unable to Transfer Coins from Ledger X Cold Wallet Due to Approval Error

I am unable to transfer coins from my Ledger X cold wallet to an exchange. Every attempt results in an "unapproved" error, leaving the transfer stuck and unresolved. I’ve tried multiple troubleshooting methods, but nothing works. The wallet also doesn’t allow me to swap coins, further complicating the situation.

The process fails due to a network error, making me question the reliability of cold wallets. I purchased this device expecting secure and seamless transactions, trusting the promise of original software, but these repeated issues have shattered that confidence.

I demand immediate support from Ledger to resolve this problem and enable proper transactions. A cold wallet should provide reliability, not persistent failures that prevent access to my funds.
