Unable to Send BSC USDT from Ledger Nano X, Transaction Error for a Month

I have been trying to send BSC USDT from my Ledger Nano X cold wallet to exchanges for the past month, but I keep encountering an issue. Despite entering my address correctly, I consistently receive the error message: "Transaction Hash not found on bnb Smart Chain."

This problem has made it impossible to transfer my funds, and I am unsure how to resolve it. I would greatly appreciate assistance from anyone knowledgeable about this issue. Ledger should also address this problem promptly and provide clear guidance for users facing similar errors. It’s frustrating to have funds locked due to unresolved technical issues. I expect a solution soon.
