My Funds Vanished from Ledger Cold Wallet Despite No Activity

I trusted Ledger cold wallet to keep my savings secure, transferring all my assets there for long-term protection. But now I’m facing every crypto user’s worst fear — despite making no transactions, my entire balance appears to be missing when checked via Etherscan.

Ledger support insists that my funds are still in the wallet, but the blockchain says otherwise. I’ve shared screenshots of my wallet address and transaction history, and I’m desperate for help. I don’t know if this is a technical issue, a syncing error, or something worse, but right now, it looks like my entire savings are gone.

Please, I’m asking Ledger to take this seriously and urgently investigate where my funds have gone. I trusted this device for security — now I just want answers and my assets recovered.
