Leatherman boasts about its 25-year warranty, yet my EOD MUT multi-tool broke in just one year. The blade safety lock snapped, causing the blade to cut my hand while using it. This is unacceptable for a product that is marketed as durable and built to last.

I contacted Leatherman multiple times via email, but they have completely ignored my requests for a warranty claim. Why offer a 25-year warranty if you won’t even respond to a customer after one year?

I expect an immediate response and a replacement for this faulty tool. Leatherman, stand behind your warranty and fix this issue—customers should not be left without support for a defective product!
