Dear LeasePlan Team,
After carefully reviewing the vehicle condition report provided by LeasePlan, I would like to raise several objections regarding the damages listed. I disagree with most of the damage claims in the report and believe that the following issues are due to external factors beyond my control, representing normal wear and tear that should be covered by the rental fees I’ve already paid:
Scratch on the center of the front bumper.
Scratch on the left rear fender.
Scratch identified on the rear bumper.
Burn mark on the roof.
Scratch on the right front door.
Dent on the left front door.
None of these damages were noted when I first received the vehicle, and I believe they fall under typical wear that’s already accounted for in the rental agreement. Additionally, I have concerns about the repair costs for these listed damages.
I kindly request that you reassess the condition report and provide a prompt response to address these concerns. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
