On September 6, 2024, I purchased a new Nissan Qashqai Platinum Premium package vehicle from Mar Oto Nissan Dealership. The vehicle’s payment was made on September 4, 2024, and the credit was settled by the company with the dealership before vehicle delivery. I have also completed the necessary insurance procedures, including comprehensive and traffic insurance. However, upon taking delivery of the vehicle, I noticed noticeable scratches on the headlights. Additionally, I identified scratches on the interior side of the driver’s door. I immediately reported these issues to your dealership, but no action has been taken so far. I wish to inform you that I seek resolution for this grievance and request that the vehicle not be considered as an acceptable product in its current condition. I trust that Nissan, as a global and esteemed brand, values customer complaints highly. I kindly request that this issue be resolved at the earliest convenience.
