Sixt Rental Car Broke Down After 6 Hours – Charged Full Day Despite Mechanical Issue


Despite being told that roadside assistance would arrive within 60-90 minutes, I waited for over 3 hours with no help. When the staff finally arrived, they rudely hung up the phone on me. I’ve never experienced such disrespect and lack of care. I called the company multiple times with no resolution. If this is the level of service in the center of Istanbul, I can’t imagine how bad it would be outside the city. I strongly advise against relying on their roadside assistance. This experience was unacceptable.
