Lingokids Charged Me Without Ever Using the App—I Want a Refund

I downloaded the Lingokids app but never even opened or used it—not even once. Yet, to my surprise, I was charged a fee immediately. This is completely unacceptable. How can a company charge users before they've even accessed a single feature of the app?
I didn’t agree to any subscription knowingly, and I certainly didn’t receive any clear notification that I would be billed. I expected at least a trial period or some kind of heads-up before money was taken from my account. But that didn’t happen.
This app feels like a complete waste, and I’m extremely disappointed. I demand a full refund of the amount charged. If my request is ignored, I will not hesitate to file a formal complaint elsewhere. Before recommending this app, users should be properly informed of the terms, including when and how they will be charged. Lingokids needs to fix this and return my money immediately.
