LC Waikiki Package Marked “Out for Delivery” but Never Arrived

A package I ordered from LC Waikiki, shipped through Cargox Kargo with tracking number LCW5603052300756#001, was supposed to be delivered to my address in Maltepe, Istanbul. On March 9, 2026, at around 11:00 AM, the tracking system showed that the package had left the Kartal branch and was out for delivery, but it was not delivered to me at any point during the day.

Even though the system shows today as the estimated delivery date, no delivery was made. To get information about the situation, I tried to contact the company through their communication channels, but I could not reach either customer service or the Kartal branch in any way.

It is unacceptable and unprofessional for a shipment marked as “out for delivery” to have an unknown status, while the company leaves the customer without any communication or updates.

I request that my package be urgently delivered to my address in Maltepe and that the relevant authorities provide a clear and responsible explanation regarding the issue I experienced.

If the problem is not resolved promptly, I will pursue legal action under my consumer rights.
